Referrals And Bonus Balance
The Referrals tab is where you share your referral link, track referred users, and move bonus balance into available balance when needed.
What this is
This article explains how to use the referrals area and how bonus-balance transfer works.
When to use it
Use this article if:
- you want to invite new users with your referral link
- you need to understand the numbers shown in the referrals tab
- you want to move bonus balance into available balance
Before you start
Important behavior:
- the referrals area has its own tab inside the account page
- the platform generates a referral link and code for each user
- the tab shows registrations, active count, total earned, and bonus balance
- the tab includes a Transfer To Main flow
- if two-factor authentication is enabled, a 2FA code is required for the transfer
Step by step
Step 1: Copy and share your referral link
Open the Referrals tab and use the copy action on the generated referral URL.
The page also shows your referral code if you prefer sharing a short code instead of the full URL.
Step 2: Read the summary correctly
The current referrals view highlights:
- total registrations
- active count
- total earned
- bonus balance
Use these as different signals:
- registrations shows how many users joined through your link
- active count shows how many of them reached the platform's active criteria
- total earned is the aggregate referral reward total
- bonus balance is the current amount still sitting in the bonus bucket
Step 3: Know how rewards currently work
Referral rewards currently work like this:
- when a referred user registers, the referrer receives $2 into available balance
- when a referred user pays for a subscription, the referrer normally receives 10% of the qualifying amount into bonus balance
- influencer referrals receive 15% of the qualifying subscription amount into bonus balance
Step 4: Review the members list carefully
The member list is useful for identity and status, such as:
- name
- join date
- status
For earnings analysis, rely more on the summary total than on the per-user earnings column. The member list is better for identity and status than for a detailed earnings breakdown.
Step 5: Transfer bonus balance to available balance
Use Transfer To Main when you want bonus balance moved into available balance.
In the current flow, the transfer amount must be:
- greater than zero
- less than or equal to your current bonus balance
If two-factor authentication is enabled, you also need the current 2FA code.
Step 6: Remember which balance is spendable
Available balance is the balance used by spend flows such as subscription-from-balance. Bonus balance is not the same thing until you transfer it.
What you should see
After using the referrals area correctly, you should have:
- a shareable referral URL and code
- a clear view of registrations and active referrals
- visibility into current bonus balance
- a completed transfer to available balance when needed
Common mistakes
- confusing total registrations with active referrals
- assuming referral rewards always land in the same balance bucket
- expecting the member list to show reliable per-user earnings attribution
- entering a transfer amount larger than the available bonus balance
- forgetting to provide a 2FA code when two-factor authentication is enabled
