Profile Security And Linked Accounts
Account security is split between the Profile tab for identity and two-factor authentication, and the Notifications tab for linked services and delivery preferences.
What this is
This article explains where to manage account security, email status, 2FA, and linked Google, Discord, or Telegram accounts.
When to use it
Use this article if:
- you need to verify or resend email verification
- you want to enable or disable two-factor authentication
- you want to link Telegram, Discord, or Google
- you need to review notification delivery channels
Step by step
Step 1: Review identity on Profile
Open Dashboard -> Profile -> Profile to review:
- username
- email address
- tenant ID
- account role
- email verification status
Step 2: Manage two-factor authentication
Use the security panel to enable or disable 2FA. When 2FA is enabled, some sensitive flows can require the current authentication code, including bonus-balance transfer.
Step 3: Use Notifications for linked services
Open Dashboard -> Profile -> Notifications to manage linked providers and delivery preferences.
Step 4: Keep linked accounts separate from exchange accounts
Google, Discord, and Telegram are identity or notification integrations. Bybit and Binance API keys are exchange accounts and live under Profile -> API .
Common mistakes
- looking for Telegram linking on the API tab
- assuming disabling notifications disables 2FA
- treating linked social accounts as exchange permissions
- forgetting that 2FA can be required for bonus transfers
